Pest control is a community wide effort. For preventative measure, our apartments are gelled under the sinks in the kitchens and bath during the make ready process. La Cascada apartments also offers regular pest control services through our partner(s). If residents would like to treat themselves, we offer complimentary traps that are available with our Service Manager.
