La Cascada Apartments is located at 441 North LeSueur, Mesa AZ 85203.  This 12-unit, two-story, apartment building was built in 1972 and is comprised of three buildings centered around a small courtyard. Our one-bedroom / one-bath apartment has 640 square feet in size of living space and is appointed with vinyl plank flooring, central heating and air conditioning, and window coverings. We also provide a refrigerator and stove.

Each one-bedroom apartment comes with one reserved parking spot.

Utilities provided are by the City of Mesa with water, sewer, and trash paid for by landlord. Each tenant is responsible for their own electricity.

Two-Bedroom / Two Bath Apartment Home

Our two-bedroom / two-bath apartment has 960 square feet of living space and is appointed with vinyl plank flooring, central heating and air conditioning, and window coverings. We also provide a refrigerator and stove.

Each two-bedroom apartment comes with one reserved parking spot, (plus one unreserved parking spot)

Utilities provided are by the City of Mesa with water, sewer, and trash paid for by landlord. Each tenant is responsible for their own electricity and communication services.

Availability

During the month of September, we will be updating a ground floor two-bedroom apartment. This apartment will have updated kitchens, baths, and flooring. The apartment also has new double-pane windows and new air conditioner to help keep utility bills low. We are anticipating an availability date of November 1st and a rental rate of $1,500 per month.  

During the month of October, we will be updated a second floor two-bedroom apartment. This unit already has upgraded cabinetry, windows, air-conditioning. We will be updating the flooring throughout and give it a full professional painting. We are anticipating an availability date of November 1st and a rental rate of $1,450 per month.
