Founded in 2000, we have over 25 year’s experience operating apartments in California and Arizona. Throughout that time, we have prioritized treating everyone fairly and providing quality housing.

Exemplifying quality is our commitment to keep energy prices low. Our apartments include top of the line Pella brand windows, well-maintained or new air conditioners, energy efficient community washer / dryers, and native landscape keeping energy expenses low. We try our go green.

We also offer paper-less monthly accounting statements. Each month a statement reporting money received and money owed is delivered to your email. This transparency encourages accountability and encourages a higher standard. Payments are made through though the secure payment service, Zelle Pay.
