Having Trouble Connecting to the Internet

Several of our communities offer free WIFI internet. This is a free service at select communities.

To establish connection be sure your PC computer has the capability to receive a signal.

In the lower left hand corner there are two computers. Click once on it and a window pops up providing two options one of which is "Connect to a Network".

After a new window opens select "set up a connection or network".

You will now enter a step by step set up process. Select "Connect to the internet, set up a wireless, broadband connection"

How do you want to connect to the internet? Wireless

At some point it will search for a wireless connection and find the available network.

At La Cascada Apartments: the WIFI is called NETGEAR-24-G, email for the password.

At Cypress Commons, the WIFI is pending.

Still having difficulty, we have contracted with a local computer expert for $30 per hour with a one hour minimum. He is not an employee of our company but has agreed to apply the charges to your housing account. In this way, no money is transacted at time of repair.

If you would like to have him come to you please email or call Resident Services.

Because every computer is different, his arrival to your door constitutes a service rendered and in no way is success guaranteed. He will spend time doing minor troubleshooting to enable access to our WIFI system. If he is unsuccessful, you will still be required to pay.
