Utilities
We provide water, sewer, and trash. Electricity is provide through the City of Mesa. The city of Mesa often charges a security deposit to establish new service. Be sure to bring your lease with you to establish service. City of Mesa Utilities
Cable & Internet
Cable and Internet services are provided by Cox Communications. We do not allow dishes to be installed anywhere on the property. Each apartment is pre-wired with digital cable.
Rent
Aside from the application fee and holding deposit, rental payments are made through ZellePay that is available through your banking institution.
Parking
Each apartment receives one reserved parking spot. Two-bedroom apartments are allowed up to two vehicles to be parked on-site. The second vehicle shall be parked on the open parking spot on a first-come/first-serve basis. One-bedroom apartments are allowed up to one vehicle to be parked on-site. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site. Parking at La Cascada is reserved for residents only. There is no guest parking.
Move-in Inspection Form
Below is our Move-in Inspection Form. The intent of this form is twofold. First and foremost, this form is intended for us to improve our unit turnover practices. It also memorializes your impression of the unit at move-in and provides an opportunity for us to improve. If there are items that need attention, please complete maintenance request form.
